At Power to Change Australia, we are committed to developing missionaries who not only serve—but who lead, multiply, and help others do the same.
The need is great—and healthy, equipped leaders are essential for lasting mission. Your gift will develop missionaries to lead, disciple others, and build movements of lasting impact.
Across Australia and beyond, people are stepping into a journey of knowing Jesus, growing in faith, and being sent into mission.
But we need $ to fund the development of more of our 190 missionaries. So we have more leaders.
- A $1000 annual donation will fund 1 new missionary’s first year of development. (Note: we have around 20 new missionaries joining every year).
- A $5000 donation would help fund 3 leaders for Stage 3 or 4 development training, over two years. (Note we have 30 leaders needing this)

Some examples of our continuing $100,000pa investment in training missionary leaders are:
- Our ‘Emerging Leaders Initiative’ to build 15 young missionaries for new roles ($35K)
- Funding childcare at our Leadership Summit means our missionary parents could attend without distraction.($10K)
- Professional skills training for those in Capacity roles. ($25K pa)
- New Missionary Orientation for new missionaries ($20K pa)
- Missionaries in 5th year are offered Quinquennial retreat for them to plan their next 5 years ($10K)
